President: Arnaud Marolleau, spiritual son of Prophet H.E. Amb. Rev Bishop Dr. Jerome Fernando, is a transformational leader whose life work bridges the worlds of faith, business, and impact. As the Founder and President of ADthirty3 Mission, a global media and teaching ministry serving the Francosphere, Arnaud inspires thousands through his bold vision for a faith-fueled life of purpose and influence.

His journey began on the frontlines as a life-saving medic in the French Air Force during the Djiboutian Civil War. That foundation of courage and compassion shaped his path into leadership—first in international business, where he rose rapidly through elite global brands mastering luxury marketing and human psychology.

As a certified theologian (Osborn Institute), trained life coach, and master of NASA’s Taibi Kahler drivers model, he integrates emotional intelligence, faith, and performance mastery in everything he builds

Adding up, he is Now spearheading The Glorious Church France, a vibrant Christian movement igniting spiritual awakening across French-speaking nations, Arnaud not only inspires and changes life —He empowers generations to come.

Charismatic, faith-rooted, and results-driven, Arnaud Marolleau is the rare leader who aligns Kingdom’s vision with earthly execution—empowering individuals, organizations, and nations to rise in their divine potential.

General Secretary: Pastor Kerilei Strawn’s journey is marked by resilience, faith, and a deep sense of purpose. After a successful career as a bank manager, she was diagnosed with a genetic illness that left her bedridden for five years, followed by another five years in isolation. Through a miraculous encounter with Jesus, her life was transformed.

This powerful experience ignited a deep passion to help others receive God’s healing power. Kerilei pursued a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies and was ordained by Prophet Jerome Fernando under the Glorious Church, part of the Global Apostolic Diocese of Ceylon.

Today, she serves as a pastor and also holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, offering Christian counseling to people from all walks of life. Originally from Canada, Kerilei also studied French and carries a heartfelt desire to share a message of hope, life, and freedom with the French-speaking world.

Treasurer: Teresa Poppelwell’s path has been shaped by a deep commitment to justice, resilience, and community. With two Master’s degrees—one in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and another in Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford (UK)—her calling has always been rooted in serving those affected by crisis and displacement.

Her work as an urban and community planner has taken her across Asia, supporting humanitarian recovery efforts in places impacted by disaster, conflict, and upheaval. From Afghanistan to Myanmar, Nepal to Indonesia, she’s worked with the United Nations and NGOs to help rebuild lives, strengthen communities, and advocate for refugees and internally displaced people. In each context, she brought not only professional expertise but also a heart to see people restored, dignity rebuilt, and hope renewed. Beyond her international work, she is the founder and director of a small, values-driven property development company in Canada, committed to thoughtful, people centered spaces.

At the core of it all is her heart for people—and most of all, her greatest joy: being a mom to a very special boy who inspires her every day. Now living in Brussels, she carries a growing burden to reach and serve French-speaking communities—particularly those experiencing social, spiritual, or physical displacement.
